Download Results Page

Use this page to view logs for completed downloads.

To access this page:

  1. In Data Workbench, display the Data page.
  2. Select View Results in the page toolbar.
  3. Choose View Download Results from the menu.

Filter the list to show only successful messages, error messages, or both. Double click on an entry to see the detail of the download record by record.

Item Description
Event Date The date and time that the query was started.
Query Name The name of the query as defined in the Query Designer.

Message

A status on the outcome of the download event. The following values are possible:

  • Download Completed - displayed when Show Successful Items is checked
  • No Data Available For This Query - displayed when Show Successful Items is checked, the query has been run successfully and the result set is empty
  • Download Failed - displayed when Show Items with Errors is checked
  • Download Job Cancelled - displayed when Show Items with Errors is checked
Total Errors

The total number of errors encountered.
Duration

The length of time to complete the download in minutes, seconds and microseconds.

Show Successful Items

Check to show successful downloads.
Show Items with Errors Check to show any dowloads that had errors.
Log Filter Filter logs to display:
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Day
  • Last Year
  • All Log Entries
