Upload Results Page

Use this page to view logs for completed uploads.

To access this page:

  1. In Data Workbench, display the Data page.
  2. Select View Results in the page toolbar.
  3. Choose View Upload Results from the menu.

Filter the list to show only successful messages, error messages, or both. Double click on an entry to see the detail of the upload record by record.

Item Description
Log Viewer Panel Displays all the log entries that are available according to the filters that have been set. Double click on an entry to see the Log Details.
Refresh
Refreshes the list of log entries.
Show Items with Errors Check to show any uploads that had errors.
Show Successful Items Check to show successful uploads.
Log Filter Filter logs to display:
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Day
  • Last Year
  • All Log Entries

Upload Results Details

For each upload, the following information is available.

Field Description
Row Filter
  • Show All Rows - Select this to display all the rows for that upload.
  • Success Rows Only - Select this to display only the rows that were successful.
  • Error Rows Only - Select this to display only the rows that failed.
Export This button Exports the log file to HTML file format.
Print Click this to print the log details.
Step Through Select a log detail record then click to step through the SAP screens for the upload.
  • Screen by Screen - Steps through each screen to display the transaction from start to finish.
  • Jump to First Error - Steps through the transaction starting at the first error.

    If you do not select a record before clicking Step Through, select a record to step through in the dialog and click OK. If filters are applied, only filtered records are available.
Back To Logs Returns to the View Upload Results page for all files.
