Manage Tag Structure Page

To access this page:

1. Display the Administration page.
2. Select Manage Tag Structure in the page toolbar.

This page supports the enterprise tag structure by allowing the creation of tags (containers for Templates and Upload Mappings) for enhanced organization and management of Templates and/or Upload Mappings. Tags can be used to separate Templates and Upload Mappings into functional areas of SAP, specific transactions, or as best suits the environment.

Tag Tree

Displays a folder list of each tag in the tree structure. Double click or click on the arrow to the left of the tag name to expand any contents of the tag.

	Icon	Description
	New Tag	Creates a new tag within the currently selected tag. To create a base level tag, right click on the white space within the panel and select New Tag.
	Edit Tag	Edits the name of the currently selected tag.
	Delete Tag	Deletes the selected Tab. Note: It  does not delete the template/Upload Mappings within the tag.

Groups/Users Tabs

The Groups and Users tabs display a list of all the groups/users in the application to support tag management on a group/user level.

Field	Description
Name	Group or user names, depending on the tab that is displayed.
View	Contains a checkbox for each User/Group to allow access to view the selected tag and its contents. If left unchecked for a User/Group, that User/Group will not be able to view the tag or any templates/Upload Mappings within the tag.
Manage	Contains a checkbox for each User/Group to allow access to manage the selected tag and its contents. If left unchecked for a User/Group, that User/Group will not be able to manage the tag or any templates/Upload Mappings within the tag. Managing a tag provides the option to create a new tag within the managed tag, rename the tag, or delete the tag.
